Mine is "in case of emergency" e.g. broken collarbone or wet
weather. Haven't used it for a long time...


Just got off mine. A quality workout of intervals at a time of day where
I can ride in peak hour on the roads, or masses of dogs and peds on the
bike trail. I wouldn't want to ride on it for more than 45 mins though.
