To make things fair, he should have used a pair 36H MA40 wheels with

Certainly he is the favorite in any masters race but, as you know, anything
can happen and the favorite often doesn't win. However, when it gets hot,
windy, and hilly, like it was yesterday in Park City, CW will almost always
take it, grizzled old lizard that he is.
