Harvey Hereford's (I wish to remember that name, as well as those of his
victims) blood alcohol level was 0.3--nearly 4 times the legal limit.


Also in today's Press Democrat from columnist Chris Coursey, "Cyclists React
to Death with Grief, Defiance":


On another note, for those who live in the area, there will be a "Ride of
Silence" May 19 in Santa Rosa "in honor of cyclists killed or injured on the
roads." Details he
