cycling on the ICB (brisbane)

Hi all long time no see... ive been catching up on the goss from the
world of two wheels now that im allowed to get back into it
Good to see a few of the brissy lard-arses still around, though karen
tells me that the rides have pretty much stopped

I gots meself a new jobbie at the hospital in herston and i was
planning to ride my bike there from both uni (gardens point) and home
(ashgrove) and the shortest route just happens to be on the inner city
bypass.
I note that they have a niiiize w*i*d*e shoulder that would be perfect
for pedalling. i also notice that its really smooth so i can get some
speed happening without my teeth breaking inside my mouth. so is there
a law against cyclists on the ICB?

after a sh*tty start to the year (surgery, crapped-out scooter and
losing my job of 5+ years for telling them i was looking for another
one) im really excited about getting back on the bike and being healthy
again. Its even more exciting that my new job is the perfect cycling
distance from home/uni and that i'll be finishing at reasonable times
so i can get up early for a ride before 8am lectures.

If there is a law against riding on the ICB, I break it most every
week. I am positive it is OK to ride on it. There are certainly no
signs to teh contrary at any of the entry points. The airport rides
from Dolce Vita take it each Sunday morning .. .. Its all good ( 'n'
