late june in CO?
It's looking like this year's trip to CO is going to be happening a little
early this year, probably the last week in June. The one time I was riding in Aspen in early June the riding was limited due to deep snow at altitude. Any notions on snow depth in late June? Specifically, what are the odds things like the 401 and Monarch are going to be doable then? Thanks for any advice. Will |

I can tell you that the drifts at Vail Pass (11,000') have receded fast. Mid June should be ridable there. -- o-o-o-o Ride-A-Lot o-o-o-o www.schnauzers.ws |

Snowpack wasn't as deep this year and the warm spring has been making things melt pretty fast. Matt |

Plan it for the weekend 3 weeks from now but trick the weather by showing up 2 weeks from now. Just keep it in your head that you're actually going to do it 3 weeks ago, the weather will never know until it's too late.
