Default Wireless cyclocomputer

No dead batteries on this wireless model.

No adjustments--this one was built for a 54-inch wheel (meaning to the
top of the solid tire). We'd enter something like 4308 mm on a modern
cyclocomputer.

The hands on the dials indicate just a hair over 1,000, 19, & 12/32nds
miles.

In case you're wondering, you clamped the two-piece affair to your
highwheeler's axle, inside all the spokes, and the ball weight hung
down to keep things in place as the axle spun.

You could looked down between your feet to see how far you'd ridden,
but it was safer to wait until you stopped and got off.

Somehow I doubt that any modern cyclocomputer, showing only distance,
will ever sell for $3500.

Cheers,

Carl Fogel
