Republican-appointed judges failed to see what the right wing press
claims to see, or judged that it was of no consequence.

But who are you going to trust? A Republican judge appointed by members
of the Republican party? Or a right-wing internet rag?

Never mind, the answer is obvious.


I am never surprised that you haven't even a clue of how the law operates.

Maybe Frank doesn't know how the law works and from your response you
do. So enlighten us Oh Great Law Expert, tell us just how the law
operates.

(We already know the Republican way - wave a bunch of papers in the
air and tell lies.)
