Default Poor cyclist has to slow down over a speed bump.

"You can go over it, but you have to slow right down and it ruins your flow,
especially if you're in a rush."

"You could end up being thrown over your handlebars " (obviously he does not
know the laws of cyclophysics)

Road users should not be 'in a rush' it is not conducive to safe travel
