Default Wheel problems

My wheel went flat over the week and I took it apart put it back
together and after about 30min my wheel seems to have friction and stops
rolling quickly. Its not too bad but it is enough to bug the heck out
of me. What is the problem. Thanks for input.

You've probably overtightened the main cap bolts on the bearings. Loosen
each nut 1/4 of a turn at a time and see if that fixes the problem

BTW, where in Texas?

Is your frame too tightly tightened around the bearings? This has
happenened to me and the wheel wasn't rolling that well.
