Birthday in Yellow

Apparently, Pena was only one of four who celebrated their birthdays in
the yellow jersey. Aside from him, the others were obviously Indurain, and
I seem to remember that Alex Zulle won a prologue on his birthday, 1994 or
1995. Anyone know who the fourth was? It could be Zabel, whose birthday is
July 7. Or it could be someone from like 40 years ago!
