WTB: 63cm-64cm (25") road/race bike frame or built up --- Seattle Area

I'm looking for a tall bike (63cm-64cm)(25 inch range). I have a 35
inch inseam and stand 6'3" tall. I have some Shimano 600 parts that I
can put onto a frame, or if you have a bike that's already built, that
would be great too.

I am interested in something that is at least middle range as far as
quality goes.
